One flat rate per location. Founding Members pay no onboarding fee; the standard rate carries a one-time $99 onboarding fee per location.

Applying is free. Founding Membership is limited to the first 250 approved practices. Founding Members pay $399 per location annually, with no onboarding fee. After all Founding Memberships are filled, the standard rate will be $499 per location annually, plus a one-time $99 onboarding fee per location.
Membership includes ownership verification, a public listing in the national directory, physical and digital marketing assets, and the support of CorpFree’s strategic nationwide public-awareness campaign—educating patients and pet owners and directing them to the directory to find certified independent providers.

Group practices are eligible if every owning doctor is independently practicing and no outside corporate entity holds ownership. We will walk through the structure with you.
No. Same Legal Independence Agreement, same ownership checks, same annual re-review. The only difference is which state board we check, veterinary instead of dental.
Multiple locations are welcome, provided each one meets the same CorpFree certification standards. Every location is reviewed individually and clearly identified on the practice’s directory profile. Franchise or license-the-name arrangements do not qualify.
